About Naples Florida

Southwest Florida is a tropical paradise allowing visitors year round access to a variety of outdoor activities.  Warm temperatures, balmy breezes, sunny skies and an occasional shower are the norm for Naples.  The Gulf Water temperature ranges from the mid 60's January through March and up into the mid 80's from June through September.  Southwest Florida's average air temperature is 77 degrees.

The Naples Pier was built in 1888 as a freight and passenger dock.  Narrow train rails running the length of the pier transported freight and baggage in the early 1900’s.  The Naples Pier is over 100 years old and remains one of the most popular attractions in Naples, Florida.

There are numerous beaches, parks, wildlife estuaries and, of course, golf courses.  With over 35 golf courses in Naples, there is always a challenging new hole to play.

There is also a large selection of shopping centers, plazas and boutiques ranging from Third Street South, Fifth Avenue Shops, Tin City and Venetian Village to Coastland Center Mall, Waterside Shops and Mercato.

Whether you enjoy the Philharmonic Center for the Arts, art galleries, or movies, you will have plenty of cultural events to keep you busy in Naples.
