The Dunes

The Dunes is a gated community of luxury high-rises and coach homes.  The development is approximately 188 acres with frontage along Turkey Bay overlooking Delnore-Wiggins State Park.

The amenities include a resort style pool with spa, Tiki bar, tennis courts, state of the art fitness center and private dining at The Plantation Club restaurant.  Residents also enjoy poolside food and beverage service.  There´s even a pro shop for the tennis players.  Guest cabanas are also available to handle any overflow of guests.

There are three communities within the Dunes, Island Cove, Sea Grove and Grande Preserve.

The Island Cove neighborhood consists of three high-rise buildings close to all of the ammenities.

The Sea Grove neighborhood consists of 40 coach homes.  Each residence features a two car attached garage.  The second floor residence features a private residential elevator.

The Grand Preserve is a separate gated community that consists of four high-rise buildings.  Secured elevators open to your own private foyer.  Each building has its own pool and fitness center.  The residents of the Grande Preserve have access to a business center complete with Concierge, computer workroom and a meeting room.
